Adherence to Erasmus+ Quality Standards

TEAM SA PLUS ACADEMY is committed to applying the Erasmus+ Quality Standards defined by the European Commission for all its cooperation, mobility and capacity-building projects. This commitment covers project management, the quality of learning activities, cooperation with partners, as well as impact assessment and sustainability.

Management & compliance (Project Management Standards)

Every Erasmus+ project coordinated or co-coordinated by TEAM SA PLUS ACADEMY is managed according to structured internal procedures that comply with the Erasmus+ Programme.

Governance

Clear and transparent governance

TEAM SA PLUS ACADEMY structures each project around clearly defined roles:

  • Overall Project Coordinator
  • Operational Project Manager
  • Financial & Administrative Officer
  • Communication & Dissemination Officer
  • Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEAL) Officer

Key decisions are documented, shared with partners and aligned with the official Erasmus+ guides.

Financial compliance

Rigorous administrative & financial monitoring

We apply a strict monitoring of Erasmus+ financial rules:

  • Respect of unit costs and eligible real costs
  • Full traceability of expenses and supporting documents
  • Secure archiving (cloud + local) of documents
  • Transparent financial reports shared with partners

Project management tools (Gantt, RACI, risk matrices) support periodic progress reports.

Quality of learning activities (Learning Quality Standards)

Training and support actions delivered under Erasmus+ are designed according to principles of pedagogical excellence, inclusion and learner safety.

Pedagogy

Pedagogical excellence & competency-based approach

Programmes are developed following:

  • The competency-based approach and operational objectives
  • A 70% practical / 30% theoretical balance
  • Tunisian (MFPE, CNFCPP) and European (EQF, ESCO) frameworks

Trainers have dual expertise (technical and pedagogical) and are used to working in international contexts.

Inclusion & well-being

Inclusion, accessibility & safety

TEAM SA PLUS ACADEMY guarantees:
