TEAM SA PLUS ACADEMY is committed to applying the Erasmus+ Quality Standards defined by the European Commission across all cooperation, mobility and capacity-building projects. This commitment covers project management, the quality of learning activities, cooperation with partners, as well as impact assessment and sustainability.

Every Erasmus+ project led or co-led by TEAM SA PLUS ACADEMY is managed through structured internal procedures aligned with the Erasmus+ Programme.

Governance

Clear and transparent governance

TEAM SA PLUS ACADEMY structures each project around clearly defined roles:

  • Overall project coordinator
  • Operational project manager
  • Financial & administrative manager
  • Communication & dissemination manager
  • Monitoring, evaluation & learning (MEAL) officer

Key decisions are documented, shared with partners and aligned with official Erasmus+ guidelines.

Financial compliance

Robust administrative & financial monitoring

We ensure strict monitoring of Erasmus+ financial rules:

  • full respect of unit costs and eligible real costs
  • complete traceability of expenses and supporting documents
  • secure archiving (cloud + local) of all records
  • transparent financial reporting shared with partners

Management tools (Gantt, RACI, risk matrices) support regular progress reports and audits.

Training and support activities implemented under Erasmus+ are designed according to principles of pedagogical excellence, inclusion and learner safety.

Excellence & competence-based approach

Our programmes are developed according to:

  • a competence-based approach with clear learning outcomes
  • a balance of 70% practical / 30% theoretical activities
  • national Tunisian frameworks (MFPE, CNFCPP) and European references (EQF, ESCO)

Trainers combine strong technical expertise with solid pedagogical skills and experience in international contexts.

Inclusion & wellbeing

Inclusion, accessibility & safety

We implement a continuous evaluation system:

  • quantitative indicators (participation, learning hours, deliverables)
  • qualitative indicators (skills acquired, satisfaction, testimonials)
  • survey tools (questionnaires, interviews, focus groups)

Evaluation results feed into the continuous improvement of future actions and projects.

Sustainability
