TEAM SA PLUS ACADEMY is a professional training centre based in Tunis, specialising in certification pathways, instructional design and the support of national and international projects (Erasmus+, Creative Europe, etc.).
We support the upskilling and reskilling of young people, employees, entrepreneurs and organisations (companies, NGOs, public institutions) through modular programmes in IT, cybersecurity, cloud, data, development, soft skills and management.

How we design our training courses
- In-depth needs analysis: diagnosis, interviews, review of ToR and occupational standards.
- Competency-based design: operational objectives, sequences, activities and assessment criteria.
- 70% practical / 30% theoretical: exercises, labs, projects and contextualised case studies.
- Digital resources: handouts, slide decks, video capsules and LMS platforms.
- Assessment & follow-up: quizzes, simulations, deliverables, individual feedback and reports for donors.
For co-funded projects (Erasmus+, Creative Europe, etc.), we integrate quality, reporting and dissemination requirements from the very start of the training design.
